Guided Tours
Take a deeper look into the Battleship Wisconsin with a guided tour! Our experts will show you areas not open to the public and share the stories of the WisKy. Each participant must also purchase an admission ticket to participate in the tour. Limited spaces are available, and there are multiple tours each day. Tours can be purchased online or at the Front Admissions Desk.
Battleship 101
Explore the topside of the Battleship Wisconsin with a guided tour that highlights major features of the ship while offering a look into the daily routines and experiences of the sailors who served aboard.
Each participant must also purchase an admission ticket to participate in the tour. 45 Minutes Long.
GUIDED COMMAND AND CONTROL TOUR
Explore the areas of Battleship Wisconsin with a historical interpreter and learn how the Battleship was commanded and would fight in the control areas of the ship including the Captain’s Cabin, Pilot House, and Combat Engagement Center.
Each participant must also purchase an admission ticket to participate in the tour. 60 Minutes Long.
GUIDED LIFE IN THE ENGINE ROOM TOUR
This fascinating tour takes visitors seven “decks” (aka floors) down in the depths of the Battleship Wisconsin, where they’ll learn exactly what was required to power this massive City at Sea. See up close, never-before-open-to-the-public engine room spaces aboard the Battleship Wisconsin!
Each participant must also purchase an admission ticket to participate in the tour. 60 Minutes Long.
VIP Battleship experience
Join us for an in-depth guided tour that takes you beyond the regular paths, exploring hidden spaces not accessible on any other tour. Tour concludes with a visit to the top of the ship offering breathtaking, panoramic views of the Elizabeth River, nearby naval shipyards, and the city of Norfolk.
This experience is $100 per person and that price includes general admission to Nauticus & Battleship Wisconsin. 90 Minutes Long.
