Below are useful resources and FAQs for our current members.
In order to register for members-only events, purchase discounted tickets and more, you must create/sign into your member account.
Members will receive the discount on tickets matching the level of their membership. For example, Nauticus 6 member will receive the specified discount on each “ticket”, up to (6) tickets, per order.
Please note, you must create your online account with the email address that is currently linked to your membership account.
A named cardholder with valid photo ID must be present to utilize member benefits. As long as a named cardholder is present, you can use your additional daily general admission(s) for whomever you like.
You can name additional persons (ages 16+) as cardholders in instances where there are other family members, friends, or caregivers who might like to visit without the primary cardholder present. At least one named cardholder must be present for every visit.
Any children or grandchildren who are named as cardholders are considered part of your membership and have access to all the great benefits included.
Please contact the Membership Department at firstname.lastname@example.org or (757) 664-1005 to update any of your personal information, including a name change to a cardholder.
Name changes to any cardholder will incur a $5 processing fee (limit one name change allowed per cardholder per year).
Memberships are nontransferable and nonrefundable. All annual and other memberships are revocable licenses. Nauticus reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership and/ or deny admission without refund for noncompliance with applicable rules and terms or for inappropriate conduct at any time.
