Safety Measures
  • Guests ages 10 and older, staff, and volunteers will be required to wear face coverings, per state and city guidelines. Mask must be worn when indoors and when within 6 ft of Nauticus staff or other guests. Children under 10 and those with medical conditions are exempt from wearing a mask.
  • In support of a touch-free payment process, online ticket purchases will be required in advance.
  • Capacity will be limited to 50% and will be monitored through the use of online advance purchase, timed tickets.
  • Guest flow will be one way throughout Nauticus en route to the Battleship and on the Battleship.
  • Social distancing signage will be installed throughout Nauticus and on the Battleship.
  • Additional hand sanitizing stations will be located throughout Nauticus and on the Battleship.
  • Increased cleaning protocols will also take place throughout the campus.
What are your hours of operation?

Nauticus’ Battleship Wisconsin experience will be open Wednesday through Saturday, from 10AM to 5PM, and on Sunday from Noon until 5PM.  These new hours will allow for ample time for cleaning and disinfecting the facilities. 

Why have you changed your times?

After more than three months of being closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Nauticus is now open with some modifications and a new schedule.

How do I purchase tickets?

We ask for timed tickets to be purchased in advance online here. We have both an AM (10-1) and a PM (1-4) timed ticket.

If I buy a timed ticket, do I have to leave after a certain amount of time?

No. You must arrive within the window of your timed ticket  (10-12:59) or (1-4) The length of your visit is open ended.

How long does it take to tour Nauticus?

You should plan 1-1.5hours to visit the Battleship and add and additional hour for an Adventure!

How do I purchase the new "small group" adventures?

Small Group Adventure reservations may be made here, and can be secured up to two weeks in advance. Our new “small group” adventures are available for purchase (with Battleship Experience Admission) online and based on availability. A limited number of experiences will be available throughout the day to accommodate visitors.

Where can I park?

There is free 2-hour street parking or you can park in any City garage for the hourly fee posted at the garage.

Inclement Weather & Adventures

In case of severe thunderstorms, lightning, or heavy rain, the Battleship Wisconsin will close all or some areas for safety reasons and will remain closed until storms clear the area. Some Adventure’s will also be relocated or rescheduled.

We are unable to accept coupons or honor admissions discounts at this time for online ticket reservations so we can manage the campus capacity with advanced reservations.

Is the third floor of Nauticus open?

At this time, the third floor of Nauticus is closed. It is anticipated that the remaining campus will open in line with Phase III opening guidelines.  

What food options are available?

Enjoy our two restaurants: BB64 Cafe located inside of Nauticus on the main floor & The Big Wisky Porch located outside on the Nauticus porch!

To secure your July 2 Members’ Preview free admission + small group adventure, please reserve your online reservation here.

Starting July 3, in order to receive your $0 Battleship Experience Admission and NEW Small Group Adventure 10% discount, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Make sure you are registered for our website. Your user name is the email provided on your membership application. When registration is complete. Log-out.
  2. Log back into your account.
  3. Navigate to the Purchase tickets page on the main site.
  4. Select the date and time of your visit and order tickets. Add tickets to your cart. Number and ticket type are based on your membership
  5. Review your order. Your total should be $0 unless you added more tickets than benefits allow.
  6. Complete order: You should receive a confirmation email with e-ticket links
  7. Adding an Adventure? Discounts should automatically apply once items are in your cart.
