This facility is in the heart of a revitalized Downtown Norfolk – within walking distance of more than 2,000 hotel rooms, a one million-square-foot shopping complex, world class museums and a waterfront event/concert park.

Cruise Parking: Norfolk’s Cedar Grove Parking is the official parking lot for Carnival cruise passengers; located at 1000 Monticello Ave, Norfolk, VA 23510. To ensure reliable, quick transport to Half Moone Cruise Terminal, please use this convenient lot located just 1.5 miles from the Terminal. Passengers will be shuttled from the lot to the cruise terminal and offered baggage assistance at the lot.

- Porters available to assist with baggage handling
- Secure, fenced lot with 24-hour security patrols and cameras
- All travel documents, medications & beverages must be removed from checked luggage

Passenger Drop-offs: Due to traffic safety restrictions in the Terminal’s front drive, drop offs and “for-hire” vehicles (Taxis, Uber, Lyft, Limousines, etc.) must drop off passengers streetside; ideally on Waterside Dr. or on Main Street just across from the Terminal.
