Nauticus Community Clean Up Day

How to Participate & Receive Discounted Admission:
Step 1. Read our Virtual Clean up Checklist / Tips / Rules & Regs
Step 2. Find a safe location to clean up
Step 3. Bring the proper clean up supplies (see checklist)
Step 4. Take the pledge with Nauticus below & sign waiver
Step 5. Take pictures of your virtual clean up and post to your public Instagram account (or on the Nauticus Facebook page) with #Nauticuscleanup @nauticusnorfolk
Step 6. Visit Nauticus on April 3 or April 4, show proof of social media post to admissions desk to receive discounted admission. (Discount limited to 2 tickets per participant post).
[Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult]
Participation in Nauticus’ virtual clean up event is voluntary and solely at a participant’s own risk, including risk associated with COVID-19. Individuals should only participate to the extent that they can comply with applicable federal, state, and local rules and restrictions, and the below required practices including physical distancing.
Keep Norfolk Beautiful – Love Our City, Harbor Park Community Clean Up, April 3 from 9am-11am (Limited to first 25 volunteers)
Join Keep Norfolk Beautiful to help clean up the shoreline at Harbor Park. We will meet in parking lot A, just look for the orange tent!
- Volunteers of all ages are welcomed.
- Mask and social distancing will be required.
- All litter clean up supplies will be supplied.
- Same rules apply to receive discounted admission, must take Nauticus pledge and post to social media.
